   MoreIn 2007 two young entrepreneurs got together, one had a fight shop in Hawaii and the other, who was also from Hawaii, ran a clothing brand in Oregon. After talking about it for awhile they decided to work together and Grapplers Connection was born. From the start we were committed to doing everything we could to connect with our customers. We found out quickly people wanted gear that wasn't readily available in the US, so we imported hard to find gi's from Japan and Brazil. Needless to say, it was an amazing time. Sadly by 2009 both of us chose different paths and grapplers connection went on a hiatus. Today, after 6 years Grapplers connection is back. New partners, new products but same beliefs, and same aloha! Less
