We get to know you by name, you'll be engaged by our amazing teachers and feel welcomed by other members. You'll make friends with the people practicing next to you and often find yourself laughing at their antics! We purposely don't crowd our classes so you can get the attention you need from the instructor. We notice when you haven't been in and always reach out. You can experience a yoga class in many places but the difference here is the connection you'll make with the teachers and other New Moonies! We are conveniently located in a shopping center with restaurants, a coffee shop, brewery and more as well as being a few minutes from I-295! We strive to integrate old and new by focusing on the mechanics and philosophy of yoga while connecting the physical with the mental and emotional as well as offering shorter classes that merge yoga with Pilates, Barre or HIIT. How hot is it? We practice at 90º - hot enough to warm you up, but the sweat comes from your hard work. We focus on building heat inside the body through physically-intense classes and heat the room for added flexibility, detoxification and strength-building.
