No other facility is equipped like JQ's. Our certified personal training and RSB coaches have over 50 years of combined health, fitness and boxing coaching skills. The RSB program can help lessen the symptoms of Parkinson's and improve quality of life. Our classes promote teamwork, a sense of togetherness and camaraderie. At JQ's, boxers train for optimal agility, speed, muscular endurance, accuracy, hand-eye coordination, footwork and overall strength to defend against and overcome opponents.
