Kam is an expert designer who will consult with you regarding redesigning an existing piece of your jewelry or designing something new, exclusively just for you. Pers-American Resources, Inc ( PAR ) began its import, production and distribution operations in 1976 as California Lapidary Supply in Redondo Beach, CA. In 1980 we refocused our emphasis to the procurement of gemstones, highlighting our custom design and creation of fine jewelry. In 1982 we established our operations as PAR Jewelry & Gallery in the Plaza, Rancho Bernardo. We are proud to state that we have remained unchallenged as the trusted name for experience, excellence and uncompromising professionalism. Kamyar ( Kam Jr. ), our Master Jeweler whose unique and original hand fabricated jewelry creations and flawless craftsmanship have become legendary in our industry, began his apprenticeship in 1979 while attending college majoring in geology. Kamyar personally handles all PAR custom design creations, as well as major repair and remodeling work.
