As a companion animal hospital, we offer veterinary services and routine veterinary care, such as vaccinations and preventative health-care programs. We have a number of board-certified specialists on staff providing services such as cardiac care, specialized surgical procedures, cancer care, and ophthalmology. We offer 24-hour emergency and critical care services in our critical care unit at the Alta Vista Animal Hospital facility. Specialty / Referral Services We offer 24-Hour Emergency and Critical Care Services in our Intensive Care Unit at the Alta Vista Animal Hospital facility. Established in 1958, the hospitals are situated in two locations with 25, 000 square feet of space. We have grown to encompass a staff of 150 veterinary care providers, including 26 veterinarians, 8 of which are veterinary specialists. Read more about our history here.
