My name is Madeline, and I am a skilled LMT and the owner of The studio-massage therapy. I give 100% every time. Whether you need Intense therapeutic bodywork, stretching or you just need to relax, I am skilled in various techniques that will help. The environment is quiet and comfortable. When I give a deep-tissue I always warm up the Muscles first with a little bit of Swedish, not to put the muscle in shock rather to relax them. I've been told I give the perfect amount of pressure. When I give a sports massage I do at-least 12 stretches during the massage. I also add myofascial or trigger point therapy to a massage if needed. Fascia is connective tissue, connecting layers of muscle. Trigger point is a tight area in the muscle that causes pain in other parts of the body.
