   MoreI love the human body and how it works. The connection of body and mind encompasses the meaning total body health & wellness to me. My mother used to have a saying that is very dear to me and applies to our bodies when we don't care for it properly, "I can show ya a whole lot better than I can tell ya!" I seek to create calm and effective sessions by incorporating varying degrees of pressure (moderate to deep and specific), myofascial release, gentle stretching, and breathing techniques. I believe that massage sessions should be tailored for every individual client. By taking the time to listen with eyes, ears, and hands to create custom treatments for clients, this allows me to use both client goals and intuitive approach to implement effective therapeutic and beneficial sessions. I believe and know to be true that massage sessions, managed health and wellness relieves stress and anxiety. Incorporating this THERAPY should be a continuous part of a healthy, preventative lifestyle and not a luxury style of life. Less
