Its predecessor firms date back to Jerry C. Athans & Associates which was founded by Jerry C. Athans in early 1956. Jerry C. Jerry B. Athans and George A. Athans are President and Vice-President, respectively, of Athans Enterprises, Inc They are the second generation in the consulting electrical engineering business. Jerry B. Athans, has been associated with an "Athans" Consulting Electrical Engineering Firm since the late fifties and George A. Athans since the early sixties. The firm's principals together, currently hold licenses as consulting electrical engineers as well as Contractor's Licenses in the classifications of C10; Electrical (General) and B; General Building Contractor.
