We are committed to our goal of helping each child to realize his/her fullest potential, and to best achieve this, we use the Montessori approach to education. Our classrooms provide an environment prepared to meet and respond to a child's needs, interests, abilities, and possibilities. The wide variety of materials and our Montessori trained staff allows for each child to work at their own pace, in groups of no more than 12 children per teacher. The Montessori curriculum also includes the sciences, geography, history, multicultural studies, arts and crafts, music and movement, and drama. Our teachers closely observe each child and include specific activities that will enhance concentration, communication skills, and creativity. During the summer months, we offer a special Summer Camp Program, with weekly field trips, in-house entertainment, and plenty of fun keeping out of the sun! Less
