Owned by the East Los Angeles Community College, the museum houses these artworks at its third floor permanent gallery, each of which reflect various cultures from across the world. These includes work on paper, canvas, as well as three-dimensional artworks collected over four decades. Apart from the permanent collection, the museum also hosts contemporary art exhibitions as well as various cultural events throughout the year.
