We curate the top quality meats from around the US to serve to our local clientele (the closer to Little Rock the better). We like to think of ourselves as the mad scientists of meat because we are constantly trying new recipes and aging processes. In addition to our meats, we have an incredible lineup of lunch sandwiches both cold and warm. These sandwiches are made fresh daily and once they are gone they are gone. Just give us a call and we can help you out.Finally, in addition to our great meat and sandwiches. We have a small market section where we order from some of our favorite vendors.
