Try to avoid peak hours, which is most of the day on weekends. This is a Cantonese seafood restaurant, with live lobsters, crab and fish in giant tanks inside the restaurant. Definitely take advantage of the fresh seafood. Their steamed cod is excellent. However, the menu selection includes much more than seafood and Cantonese. Some of the classic dishes are Wild Mushroom with Winter Melon and Ham Soup, Peking Duck, Frog Hot Pot, Chinese Broccoli with Oyster Sauce. And China Garden is known for their dim sum.
