Ways to develop and tap into waking up to life are: movement, breath, relaxation, meditation, and self exploration. This awareness awakens the stillness within, potentially taking that awareness into our daily life. As teachers, therapists, bodyworkers, and students we are creating space together to play, have fun, be mindful, and learn and grow in exploring who we are. We create the community together and set intention, beauty, passion, and support each other in that process.
