The original capacity of approximately 13 million pounds per year has been consistently increasing, with current capacity in excess of 60 million pounds per year. The company farms many acres of its own land as well as in partnership with some of its growers; totaling in excess of 5,000 acres of pistachio orchards. Good portions of its pistachios are exported around the world each year with the balance sold domestically. Setton Pistachio is a branch of Setton International Foods, based in Commack, N.Y. It is a full service provider of nuts, dried fruit, edible seed, chocolate and yogurt panned items and candies to the snack industry.
