Each has a delicious repertoire of specialties, however the best could easily be here, because of their 'Sacripantina', a cake filled with Zabaglione and soaked in Marsala wine. It is a luscious mix of sponge cake covered in perfectly made rich, sweet cream. You can buy this authentic Italian treat by the cup (it is too messy to make a slice that holds its shape) or by the cake in several sizes. Prices vary, but the quality does not.
