All ages are treated with gentle, restorative and exceptional care. Gentle (vedic) massage, weight loss help, pain management, anxiety tools & insomnia tricks are just a few examples of what to expect in a healing session. Kelly uses a mixture of Ayurveda, yoga and psychology when working with clients. This combo of Western and Eastern healing techniques are especially great for pregnancy, mothers & kids. A personality quiz (Dosha test) will be given before each session. This assists in individualized care. Some clients prefer massage, others prefer yoga poses to ease body and/or mental pain, while others enjoy relaxing quietly with guided mediatation.
