   MoreWe started Half Calf in 2018 to provide high quality local Texas beef to the surrounding communities of central Texas. Our dream is to become a quality supplier of high quality locally sourced beef sold by the whole, half, quarter and 50 lb boxes . In addition to beef we hope to add lamb, goat, and possibly game meat to our available species for sale. Currently we will act as the link between the local rancher, the processor and our customers to procure a nutritious local product that will be cut to order and USDA inspected. In the future we hope to open our own processing facility to handle all our needs but until then we will use a couple different processors depending on location of the cattle and the best way to get them from farm to table. You can count on us to process your order as soon as cattle become available in a prompt and professional manner all at a competitive price! Less
