Sanitas- The most sophisticated computer billing system on the market today, fully integrated with RightCAD. It provides us the opportunity to maintain accurate and timely records for ourselves and our clients, as well as the ability to generate specific reports to evaluate performance, maintain long-range tracking, update client profiles and meet targeted customer evaluative needs. A clinical excellence management program is mandatory for all EMT's, paramedics, and on the road personnel. Quality assurance audits serve as monitoring systems for all our staff involved in patient care. Each employee is reviewed, tested, and graded on their clinical skills and provided with in-service training if needed. Hunter implemented this program based on the realization that continuing education is needed in every profession in order to maintain the highest level of professional standards. Hunter has a quite extensive pre-employment process. All employees are interviewed, drug screened, road tested, skills tested, and are put through a two week training program.
