The details of the corporation were developed, and Allied Heating and Air Conditioning Co., Inc. was born on January 17, 1984. The corporation, like many closely held companies, continued to foster its business growth into what has become a viable mechanical contracting firm in the Bay Area. In more recent years, Allied Mechanical supplemented its HVAC capabilities by making in-roads into the ever-expanding design-build market by bringing into the company experienced detailers, drafters, professional mechanical engineers, and related support staff. In early 1995, Sargon Michael joined Allied and became part owner shortly thereafter. In 1998, Mark Barger retired while retaining most of his interest in the company, selling some of his stock to his sons, Erik and Chris. Sargon succeeded Mark as the President and CEO of the company. As history has clearly shown, the success of a business is directly related to the quality, experience, and dedication of its people. Allied has experienced and enjoyed a history of success.
