   MoreLean fresh Italian sausage (around 88% fat free), all natural, with no preservatives and NO MSG. We only use trimmed cuts of meat, and grind it coarse, so that it doesn't look like a hot dog. Keep in mind that the average sausage anywhere else has three times the amount of fat that ours does. We currently retail our Mild, Garlic, Hot, Extra Hot, and Wine & Cheese sausages on a regular basis. Our other specialties include pasta plates, ravioli plates, fresh peppersteak sandwiches, Italian marinated tri-tip sandwiches, garlic bread, gourmet desserts, reasonably priced bulk olives, and HUGE sandwiches. Most of our sandwiches include well above a quarter pound of meat in them, and they are made to order with all the fixings. Our sausage sandwich is our most popular item. Our flame grilled zucchini sandwich is a favorite among vegetarian customers.
