We offer affordable prices and reduced prices for customers who pay 6 months to one year in advance. We are open 7 days a week and our gate hours are 6am to 7pm summer time and 6am to 6pm, winter time. We offer outside storage for boats and RVs from May through October. Please call for a price quote if you are interested in outside storage. Our facility is clean and well lighted with management personnel residing on the premises. We are located in downtown Truckee on West River Street, between the railroad tracks and the Truckee River. Located 30 miles from Reno, Nevada and 15 miles from Lake Tahoe, we offer easy-on easy-off access from interstate 80.
