These include manual techniques such as joint mobilization, strain counterstrain, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (Graston®, Gua Sha) to name a few. Of course the proper corrective exercise is also utilized to ensure continued success once they leave the clinic. At Mitchell Physical Therapy we have the unique advantage to provide personal, one-on-one care without the use of assistants or aides. This ensures optimal treatment, and enhances the therapist-patient relationship. Our patients also vary widely in their specific needs.
