We really look at storage from the customers' perspective and a few things set us apart from the "big guys": We don't "jack up" your rent every few months - like they do. They'll give you a really low price for the first month as BAIT. Then, once your stuff is in the unit, they've "got you." They will raise your rent every few months. We guarantee that your price will not increase for at least 12 months. You may be convinced that you only need storage for one month, but you probably need it for 3 months or more. We give you access 24/7. The "big guys" don't. We think that you should be able to come and go on your schedule. We let you use our dumpsters FOR FREE, they don't. Just be considerate of others and don't put too much in there. We have a port-a-potty on site. Other places don't. If ya need to go, ya need to go. We have thought of that too. We don't force you to buy insurance - they do. We have it available, if YOU want it. We GIVE you a lock for free that you can reuse. Most of the other guys force you to buy a lock that only works on their door. The backstory - why a storage business? When John, the owner, was in 7th grade, he got injured on a baseball field.
