Among all of the things that he did to help me become a professional in the contracting world, perhaps the most impactful thing he ever did was pull me aside when I was having a hard time contracting work to say one simple thing that would change my life. These were his words: You are always going to find someone out there who is smarter than you, who is more experienced than you, who is more connected than you, and more knowledgeable than you, BUT it is up to you whether you will find someone out there who works harder than you. Work ethic and integrity is what I bring to the table above anything else. I have developed a name for myself in the service industry, with over 430 homes that I have managed contracting projects on, and over 50 employees that I have had working under me at one given time. I have been working on houses since I was kid, and everything I have done since then, whether it be framing houses, digging drainage lines, graduating college when I was 19 years old with a Comm degree, managing over a million dollars in contracted work, or being a husband - all of it has prepared me to be a better professional and a better service provider as a real estate agent.
