BFan was founded in 2000 by mother-daughter team Donna and Hannah Bontrager. Over the past decade, the nonprofit organization has grown to house both its thriving Academy with professional dance training, and the Ballet Fantastique contemporary Chamber Company (the newest Resident Company at the Hult Center) comprised of professional dancers from across the world.
