Unlike a snow cone, the fluffy ice absorbs the shavings versus surrounding it at the bottom of the cup. This makes for a much more flavorful experience. The ice is then flavored with one of 25 syrups we offer. Some patrons opt to have ice cream placed in the bottom of their shave ice flower cup and top the flavored shavings with a sweet cream.
