We are an ISKF club (International Shotokan Karate Federation), and teach traditional Japanese Shotokan Karate. Karate improves self-defense, physical fitness, flexibility, strength, balance and overall well-being. The main purpose of Karate is character development. Through training, students develop courtesy, respect, truthfulness, perseverance and the self-confidence to resolve problems without violence. Our chief instructor, Ken Kraisler, is a fully accredited graduate of the ISKF Instructor's Program. There are ISKF clubs in nearly every major city in the United States and world-wide.
