I explain the purpose of all the exercises and why I'm having my client do that exercise very few trainers do this. I also send them videos of all the exercises in there training program so they don't have to worry about remembering the exercises. A lot of my clients like how I explain the process on how they will get to there fitness goals and make sure the plan fits there lifestyle.
