The Maple Bear curriculum is designed to intentionally deliver specific learning outcomes. These will help your child to progressively develop intellectually and acquire early literacy capabilities as well as critical thinking skills. Your child will be fully prepared to enter kindergarten having mastered the social and educational markers deemed necessary for success by the Texas Education Agency early learning standards. These milestones include your child's ability to verbally express their thoughts and needs, the ability to follow routine and direction, and a desire to learn. Children will also develop physically, creatively, socially and emotionally. All teacher actions are based upon thoughtful purpose and are not simply random activity. We are able to accomplish this in an atmosphere that honors children's interests and differences. Spanish-language instruction is also offered everyday for all ages and becomes a regular part of the program beginning at two years of age.
