As of 2016, fewer than 25% of 100-mile finishers were women. That number is growing, but the growth has been slow. There is a real need in the trail running community for ultrarunning coaches who understand the training needs and constraints of 30-50 year-old women (the largest demographic of female ultrarunners). The market is saturated with running coaches, yet very few are experienced in trail running, let alone ultrarunning. Unleashed Endurance Coaching wants to change that. Our mission is to get more women out on the trails and excited about running and racing long distances. There are no goals too big, and no finish lines unattainable.
