She is an attending neurointensivist and neurologist at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center and New York-PresbyterianQueens. Dr. Huynh is board-certified in Neurology by the American Board ofPsychiatry and Neurology. She is specialized to diagnose and treatsevere neurological injuries in the intensive care setting including, but notlimited to traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, neuromuscular disorders,meningitis, encephalitis, subarachnoid hemorrhage, stroke, seizures, and anoxic brain injury.Dr. Huynh graduated Magna Cum Laudefrom Syracuse University where she earned Bachelor of Sciences in Biology and Psychology. She received her medical degreefrom Midwestern University in Chicago as a member of the Sigma Sigma Phi HonorsSociety. She then completed Neurology residency at the University ofCincinnati Medical Center where she served as Chief Resident. Shereturned to the east coast, completing a Neurocritical Care fellowship at theUniversity of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. There, she wasrecognized for hercompassionate patient care.Dr. Huynh has clinical expertise in advanced multimodal neurologic monitoring in theintensive care unit (ICU) and has a special interest in critical careneurophysiology.
