Bought a sleeper sectional sofa. Was delivered a regular sectional. Corporate wants to charge me 30% pick up fee and a restocking fee for their mistake. Not good business practice. More

UPDATE PART 2: it has not been almost 6 months without a call or a couch. We called multiple times today to finally get through for them to tell us MID MAY it is expected to be in the warehouse.... More
