I hate that there are so many people who are ashamed of their bodies, worried about their health or intimidated to walk into a gym. ​ The health and fitness industry has become so confusing and misleading for most people. So I want to show people how simple it can be to transform the body you have into a body you can be proud of. What's your favorite part of training people? I love seeing people transform. My program is about more than just lifting weights and sweating hard. The work I do with my clients helps build confidence and reinforce their self-esteem. My people don't just lose fat and gain muscle, either. You can see their body language also change for the better. They walk a little taller, smile a little brighter and speak with more authority. And I love being a part of the process. ​ What's it like to train with you? ​ I train my clients like a teacher. Exercise is as much of a learning experience as it is physical; so I want you to feel comfortable about asking me questions. I don't yell at or humiliate anybody. My job is to educate you on all things fitness and encourage you to do your best, not to shout and make myself the center of attention or act sadistically. ​ I'm all about working hard while enjoying and embracing the challenge.
