After all, it feels safe, therefore, internalizing limited beliefs. My solution is a four-step process of 1) Offering a safe place to have an honest discussion about your challenges. 2) We will start searching for clarity and discovering what, why, and how your thoughts are triggering those limiting beliefs. 3) if needed, goal-setting or homework. 4) accountability and follow-up. My solution will help help you overcome your negative self-chatter and allow you to take action on your NEEDS in life.
