We meet each student on the mat and provide an uplifting, kind, inclusive journey into strength and flexibility that will soothe the body, alleviate stress in the mind and instill a sense of peace that lingers. We love yoga. We love to share yoga. We love to share our passion of sharing yoga with those who want to partake. We heat the room a bit (85 ish) but not obscenely. We have one restorative class per week. That one is not heated. We do ask that you bring your own mat and props. We sell them if you do not have them. We sell beverages too.
