Pilates helped me achieve a balance and freedom in movement that created a desire in me to share the benefits of Pilates with others.  As my knowledge of the method grew, so did my enthusiasm for educating others about how to move with greater ease and confidence.  The results were measurable; clients reached their fitness goals and reported feeling happier and healthier.
