That response can be a barrier to wellbeing whether the event is something you live with daily, or an event from the distant past. Dr. Fuentes-Valdes is an integrative holistic medicine practitioner who uses modern Western medicine along with traditional healing pathways from around the world to help women identify obstacles to wellbeing and explore ways to address them. She is trained in Integrative Medicine by the Andrew Weil Integrative Meidicine University of Arizona program, Medical Acupuncture with the Harvard School of Medicine Continuing Medical Education department, Functional Medicine studies with the Institute of Functional Medicine and Kresser Institute, Energy Medicine with the Mindvalley University and she is board certified in Internal Medicine. By honoring a woman's mind-body-spirit connection, a journey to wellbeing and treatment plan will consider relationships, emotions, sense of spirit, and self-esteem.
