   MoreAt Meister Fitness For Women, we provide small group personal training for women. We have a maximum of 4 women to 1 trainer at all times, except for cancellation. Training sessions are appointment based and last 1 hour. Each hour consists of 30 minutes of weight training and 30 minutes of interval cardio training. In addition, we provide nutritional advice. Lastly, we keep our clients accountable. We weigh them in each week, determine body fat loss and take measurements if clients are comfortable doing so. If they are not losing according to their goals we find out why and work with them to fix it.
