If you are at the point where you want to learn the nature of your suffering and begin the work (it’s all mental), of changing whatever beliefs need to be released, let’s get started. This work will allow you to see for yourself your true nature and realize that without the thought and/or belief being held, all is well. Spirituality therapy means we work with all of you, mind, body and soul. What no longer serves your growth is released. You are then free. Our work together will be spent understanding the cause of suffering and who we are without the conditioning and beliefs that, uninvestigated, cause us pain. Reality is simple when we don’t argue with it. Let’s inquire and see what’s true and what’s just a thought. You didn’t cause it but you can let it go and be free. You’re here because you're ready. Having struggled for many years with my own conditioning, unquestioned thoughts and beliefs I am well aware of the pain they cause so I learned how to release what no longer serves or feels good.
