It is designed for people who know very little about firearms, who may be considering purchasing a pistol/revolver, or just want to know more about them. We have various pistol calibers to train with that ranges from 22LR to 45 ACP. In an informal discussion setting, a Set Free Sidearm Training instructor will teach you about the basic operation of different types of firearms, proper and safe handling, safety devices and storage. You will learn about caliber, ammunition, actions, and storage, as well as guidelines for purchasing and the important role of training. Laser training is also available. Utilizing laser training aids gives shooters visual feedback immediately with each trigger pull. The device also provides a safer, more relaxed, and less stressful indoctrination and orientation for new gun handlers. Set Free Sidearm Training will provide you with a hands-on encounter with several firearms in a safe and controlled environment. We encourage questions and promise to provide answers that are personal and understandable. It is important to us that this session be safe and enjoyable.
