I really care about the people that I work with, I want them to come away from working with me saying that It was the best real estate experience that they have ever had! I've been selling real estate right out of high school. I'm a multi-million dollar producer in the Joplin Area and have been for the past 12+ years, which includes a quarter of a billion sold in 1,700+ homes. I truly have a passion for real estate. I like the transaction, deals, and I love the negotiations. But Its more than that. Its about the relationship with the people, buyer or the seller and trying to fulfill their dreams. My business is a 7 day a week, 10-12 hour a day operation. What this means for my clients is, they get my full attention! The typical agent will come to your property and put a sign out front and attempt to sell your home. Thats a passive approach. I am a completely proactive agent. I don't just sit and wait for buyers to come to me, I FIND THEM! I call different agents, past clients and i'm constantly interacting with international networking. I never accept this is good for now, I want to know what I can do to move my business forward. It's a 24/7 type of job, but I love it and I wouldn't want to be doing anything else.
