As the Finish Carpentry trade progresses we see a decrease in these values and I want to make a change in that area. As the older more experienced and skilled carpenters retire, we see void being left with no one to fill their shoes. I have over 10 years of Finish Carpentry experience. In the first 4 years I was trained under 2 master Carpenters who gave me the skills, knowledge, and tricks to carry me along the trade through the years.
