We provide a unique experience that goes above and beyond traditional bartending services. Our goal is to make your event flow with ease. We provide everything (with the exception of alcohol) so you can sit back and take in the moment! Our staff provides a fully equipped bar and tools along with RAMP certified bartenders. We also carry General and Liquor Liability Insurance. Here is a quick overview of your experience with Mixed Moments: 1. Initial meeting (Scheduled phone call)- Familiarize ourselves with one another. Host provides their vision for the bar services. Mixed Moments prepares/discusses contract and collects deposit (non refundable). 2. 30 Days Prior to Event- Mixed Moments contacts Host to confirm and finalize all event plans discussed during Initial meeting and Collects final balance. Mixed Moments begins shopping and preparing for event until the day of. 3. The Day of Event-Mixed Moments arrives 2 hours prior to wedding start time. We set up bar, decorate and prepare for service. We mix and serve for the scheduled amount of time. Lastly, we pack up at the end and remove all bar debris; remaining alcohol will be boxed up for Host. **Please note, Communication is unlimited; we are open to discuss your wedding at any time to review or make changes/updates.
