I also consult at schools, jails, prisons, supervise other therapist, and I am the clinical supervisor at a residential dual diagnosis facility with clients who have severe mental illnesses. I use common sense, humor, and a lot of encouragement to create an environment for change. My practice is full but clients regularly graduate creating availability for new clients.
