We walked quite a ways to get down to beach and did enjoy watching the multitude of surfers. However, the beach is full of boulders and not a good one for walking along shoreline. More
This was one of my favourite beaches on our trip from LA to San Fran. Parking was easy, the beach was wide with lovely soft sand, and the waves were fun to splash in. Loved our day on Rincon Beach! More

Our favorite beach is this one, not the State beach. It's never too busy and parking is easy and free. Great for boogie boards and playing in the waves. More
