It provides various plans for participating unions, guilds and employers. The plans are governed by separate boards of directors appointed by the participating unions and employers. The various participating unions include the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employes, Moving Picture Technicians and Artists and Allied Crafts of the United States and Canada.
