   MoreMaryAnn Talamo is a nationally recognized, award winning photographer, specializing in portraits of newborns, babies and children. Though her portrait studio, Custom Digital Images, is based in Staten Island, New York, she has clients throughout the five boroughs of New York City, and frequently travels to client's homes in New Jersey, Long Island as well as Manhattan. MaryAnn practices all styles of family and children's photography, from scenic, artistic compositions to simple, expressive portraiture. Most of the backdrops, props and sets that she uses in her photographs are hand-created. Though she is experienced in all artistic mediums, she has always put an emphasis on photography and graphics. As well as studying traditional photographic technique, she also learned how to use Photoshop as far back as 1991, when it was first introduced. She frequently uses her extensive education in art history as a reference in her work. MaryAnn is also a busy wife and mother of three children.
