When we were quite young we started working in the food and beverage industry with our parents, Lee And Judy Chastain, in the family business in Oklahoma City. Our dreams is finally being realized with the opening of “Cajun’s Wharf“. Together we have a combined total of 40 plus years in Food and Beverage. We are very excited to have this opportunity to open Cajun’s Wharf and give Lake Charles an atmosphere of Southwest Louisiana. Roy was born and raised in Moss Bluff Louisiana and is a graduate of Sam Houston High School.
