Through his leadership role at Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine, Dr. Lokkesmoe is honored to meet the challenge of assisting patients under challenging circumstances.  Education has shaped and informed Dr. Lokkesmoe's life. He studied at the University of Illinois College of Pharmacy before moving on to earn his medical degree from Oral Roberts University School of Medicine in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A residency and internship at Martin Army Community Hospital in Fort Benning, Georgia, followed.  Dr. Lokkesmoe is a proud veteran of the United States Army, where he served at Fort Benning. Through his medical practice he's able to continue that tradition of service to others. He's  contributed his skills at numerous emergency departments in the Columbus area and opened his own practice at Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine. Since opening those doors in 2002, Dr. Lokkesmoe has had the pleasure of helping thousands of men, women, and children get the care they need in a warm and welcoming environment.
