Our premium ice cream is made from the cow to the cone using our own milk and cream produced at USU's Caine Dairy. It is blended to perfection at our dairy products lab located on campus. People from all over the country come to participate in our hands-on cheese making short courses tought by our artisan cheese makers. Many alumn have gone on to create some of the great artisan cheese and ice cream companies you enjoy everyday!
